Broadcast House, London

Broadcasting House has been a part of the BBC for almost 80 years. Construction commenced in 1932 to G Val Myer's design and the building was opened in 1934.

  1. What a great building this is, especially the sculptures and the main entrance. I have walked past the building at ground level a number of times, but photos taken from a higher level are often more useful.

    1. I also like to see buildings from an elevated level but too often I have to make do with street level.

  2. The broadcaster, against which all others are judged, has a fine building. Its aerial looks very RKO.
